URGENT: Call for Hosting Agrinatura Secretariat

Dear Agrinatura Members,

During the last General Assembly in May 2022 you were informed about the current situation of the Secretariat.

For those who were not present at the General Assembly short recapitulation:

Since 2004, Agrinatura signed a hosting agreement with CZU that will end in 2022. It should be noted that Montpellier, France previously hosted the secretariat.
According to the Agrinatura Status, the Secretariat should be on a rotation basis among the Agrinatura members’ organization every 8 years, with 1 prolongation for 8 years.
CZU is hosting the Secretariat already 18 years.

Role of the Agrinatura Secretariat

The Agrinatura Secretariat is the administrative and management centre of the Agrinatura Association. Secretariat is led by the Secretary General.

Attached you can find open Call with all details for you our members to consider hosting of the Secretariat.

The contract at CZU officially ends 31 December 2022, with the at least one month for relocation of the office it is needed to resolve this shortly!

Secretary will be on leave from 23.6. – 27.7.2022 therefore during this periond kindly send your proposals and questions to the President Stephen Onakuse (s.onakuse@ucc.ie ) or Vice-President Petra Chaloupková (chaloupkova@ftz.czu.cz) with CC to secretariat@agrinatura-eu.eu
