Terms of Use 

The following Terms of Use apply to the terms and conditions in which the Agrinatura makes the Website and its services available to Users, and to Visitors access to the website and use of its services.

Any visit of the Website is subject to the present Terms of Use.

Therefore, by using this Website, Users accept all following terms and conditions. Users must refrain from visiting this Website if they do not accept these Terms.

Access to the Website

By using this Website, Users acknowledge having made sure that their device is exempt from any virus and in perfect operating condition.

Users are kindly reminded that the confidentiality of correspondence cannot be guaranteed on the Internet network and that every Internet user is responsible for taking all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software from contamination by any viruses that may be circulating on the Internet.

The Agrinatura shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages due to access, use or content loading on the Website such as a virus infecting Users’ computer or any other device.

Amendment of the Terms of Use

The Agrinatura may reserve the right to amend the present Terms of Use at any time and without notice in order to adapt them to the evolvement of the Website, its services, and its operation.

Governing Law and competent courts

These Terms of Use and the content of the Website are regulated by Belgium Law.

The parties agree that any conflict that could not find an amicable settlement will be submitted to competent Belgium courts.

The Agrinatura, as data controller, ensures the privacy of the Users on the Website, in accordance with reviewed EU General Data Protection Regulation n° 2016/679 of April 26th2016 (hereafter “GDPR”).

Personal data processing operations 

Users are hereby informed that personal data communicated through the Website or its services may be processed in accordance with a contract, as part of the Agrinatura legitimate interest, or prior to Users’ consent, in order to handle a request (contact, registration, newsletter subscription…).

Information thus collected may be used only by authorized Agrinatura agents or contractual processors, as far as needed for indicated purposes. These rights may be exercised writing to the Agrinatura GDPR team, via email (secretariat@agrinatura-eu.eu) or postal mail (Agrinatura Secretariat, Kamýcká 129, 165 00, Prague, Czech Republic). Data subjects also have a right to place a request with the CNIL, French data protection authority.

Users who subscribe to a Agrinatura newsletter may at any time unsubscribe by following the process indicated in each received newsletter.

Users also have a right to indicated wishes concerning handling of their personal data in the event of their death. For such indications, please contact the Agrinatura GDPR team as indicated above.

Users responsibility

Users acknowledge they are bound to follow GDPR when visiting the Website and using its services, notably by abstaining from collecting and / or unlawfully using persona data thus accessed.
