Management of Development Projects [1]: May 02-06, 2022 to practice the concepts, processes and instruments for planning, monitoring and evaluating projects in international cooperation.
Conflict Management and Conflict Transformation [2]: May 16-20, 2022 to get a sound understanding of the phenomenon of conflict, which we will explore on the personal and interpersonal level, as well as on the level of large groups and societies.
Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Adaptation Mainstreaming [3]: August 29 – September 02, 2022 to successfully conceive and implement disaster risk reduction programs, grass-root actions as well as longer-term climate change adaptation.
Management of Development Projects [1]: September 05-09, 2022 to practice the concepts, processes and instruments for planning, monitoring and evaluating projects in international cooperation.
Participatory Methods for Workshops and Meetings [4]: October 25-28, 2022 to get a better understanding of how to plan and design interactive workshops of different lengths, settings and purposes; and get to know a variety of methods the beginning, central and final phase of workshops.
Facilitation Skills and Moderation [5]: November 7-11, 2022 to learn how to effectively chair a meeting and facilitate teams and groups in a results-oriented manner while being provided with proven methods, tips and techniques for face-to-face and virtual meetings.
