We would like to inform you about the second newsletter of FOSC, the ERA-Net on Food Systems and Climate. We think that the news about FOSC might be of interest to you or your organization. FOSC is a consortium of 28 international partners from Europe, Latin America and Africa. We released a call for proposals in 2019 for transcontinental research on sustainable Food Systems and Climate. The call is funded by 26 funding agencies from 21 countries and by the European Union’s Horizon2020 with a total budget of approximately 16 million euro’s. Seventeen projects were selected this year and start their research on sustainable food systems under a changing climate. Additionally, FOSC is organizing various activities to support researchers, policy makers and to engage stakeholders. FOSC will run until September 2024.
