Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (Agrinatura member) together with selected EU Universities would like to ask you to fill out a short questionnaire focused on a healthy lifestyle during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is conducted by the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and is intended for scientific purposes only. All data will be treated anonymously in accordance with EU GDPR regulations. It will take you 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

The main goal is to prepare the international study covering countires such as the Czech Republic, Italy, France, Belgium, UK and the scientific publication out of it. Below you can find link to the questionnaire according to country of interest. Feel free to share within your networks in selected countries.
