The LEAP4FNSSA Project will host the Stakeholder Engagement Week on food, nutrition security and sustainable agriculture (FNSSA). The event is aimed at cross-sectoral participation from governments, academies, SMEs, development agencies, research institutes, agribusinesses, and farmer organizations. This to demonstrate the crucial importance of the Partnership on the FNSSA and to respond to the priorities identified in the EU-AU FNSSA Research and Innovation Roadmap.
Below you will find more details.

I would like to highlight session organised by our member institutions or partners:
The FNSSA Stakeholder Engagement Week will take place virtually, from 31 May to 4 June 2021, it will have two larger plenaries and several thematic sessions. The plenary sessions will focus on the outcomes and achievements of the Partnership and the implementation of the EU-AU FNSSA Roadmap. The plenary sessions will take place on day 1 and 5 of the event.
The event is expected to attract, among others, representatives from EU and AU member states, from projects/programmes responding to the Roadmap, as well as other multilateral organisations in the field of FNSSA, such as the World Food Programme.
Our goal is to put together a week of joint reflection on the outcomes of cooperation in research and innovation and to discuss how to bring Europe and Africa closer together in the FNSSA.
