What is DeSIRA LIFT+?
DeSIRA LIFT+ (2026–2029) is a service facility designed to strengthen coherence, synergies and collective learning across DeSIRA+ interventions.
It complements DeSIRA+ projects rather than replacing project implementation, responding to identified needs through facilitation, expert support, knowledge generation and policy dialogue.
